"Put your ear down close to your soul and listen hard."-Anne Sexton

Therapy is a space for reflection, healing, and growth.

I help people struggling with self esteem develop a strong inner compass that guides them to know who they are, what they want and what they need. At the heart of therapy is the relationship we build. Feeling truly seen, heard, and understood can be healing in itself. From that foundation, we'll work together to develop insight and build skills and emotional resilience that will help you feel more grounded in yourself and more connected in your life.

ABOUT

ABOUT ME

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 25 years in the creative arts – a path that continues to shape my work with curiosity, creativity, and deep respect for individual expression.

I have a long-standing interest in dreams and the unconscious and bring creative dreamwork into therapy when it feels meaningful. I'm a mom to three sons - including teenagers - so I understand firsthand the complexities, challenges and rewards of parenting and family life.

MY APPROACH

My style is warm, open, and direct. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our work will be

shaped by your unique needs and experiences. My work is relational, psychodynamic, and attachment- based. I am interested in guiding clients through deep inquiry that gets at the root of what's going on versus coming up with a quick fix.
